1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Yanshuf BAC Calculator application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and stop using the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Yanshuf ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Yanshuf is a mobile application that provides rough estimates of Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) based on user-provided inputs including biological sex, body weight, types and quantities of alcoholic beverages consumed, and time elapsed since consumption. The App uses the Widmark formula, a widely recognized mathematical model, to produce these estimates.

3. No Encouragement of Alcohol Consumption

Yanshuf does not encourage, promote, endorse, or condone:

• The consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Drinking and driving or operating any vehicle while under the influence
• Excessive or binge drinking
• Underage drinking
• Any illegal activity related to alcohol

The App is designed solely as a calculator. The presence of drink selection options in the App is for input purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation or encouragement to consume those beverages.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

The BAC estimates provided by the App are rough approximations only. Actual BAC levels depend on numerous factors that the App cannot account for, including but not limited to:

• Individual metabolism and genetic factors
• Food consumption before, during, or after drinking
• Medications and health conditions
• Hydration levels
• Liver function and health status
• Exact alcohol content of beverages (which varies by brand, batch, and preparation)
• Rate and pattern of consumption
• Body composition (muscle-to-fat ratio)
• Fatigue, stress, and other physiological factors

5. Legal Driving Limits

The App displays legal BAC limits for various jurisdictions (Israel, USA, UK) for informational reference only. These limits:

• May change without notice and may not reflect current law
• Vary by jurisdiction, driver type, age, and vehicle type
• Do not guarantee legal compliance even if your estimated BAC is below the displayed limit
• Should not be used as the basis for any decision regarding driving

It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

6. Age Requirement

The App is intended for use only by individuals who are of legal drinking age in their respective jurisdiction:

• Israel: 18 years or older
• United States: 21 years or older
• United Kingdom: 18 years or older

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. If you are under the legal drinking age, you must not use this App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yanshuf, its developers, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any decision made based on information provided by the App
• Any claim by a third party related to your use of the App

9. Assumption of Risk

By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that:

• BAC calculations are estimates only and may be significantly inaccurate
• You assume all risks associated with the consumption of alcohol
• You are solely responsible for your actions, including the decision to drive or not to drive
• You will not rely on the App's results to determine whether you are fit to drive or perform any activity

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, icons, code, and other materials in the App are the intellectual property of Yanshuf and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

11. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App
• Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of advertised products or services
• Interaction with advertisements is at your own risk and subject to the advertiser's terms

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive shall survive, including but not limited to limitation of liability, indemnification, and disclaimer provisions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yanshuf regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
