Yanshuf ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Yanshuf BAC Calculator mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information when you use our App.

Yanshuf is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Health or medical data
• Drinking habits or history
• Account credentials or passwords

The App does not have a backend server or database. All calculation data (weight, sex, drinks entered) is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Information Collected Automatically

The App may automatically collect limited, non-personal information through third-party services:

• Device type and operating system version
• App crash reports and performance diagnostics (via Expo)
• Anonymous usage statistics

Information Collected by Advertising Partners

We use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and process:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID)
• IP address
• Device type and OS version
• General location derived from IP address
• App interaction data for ad personalization

How We Use Information

The limited information collected is used exclusively to:

• Display advertisements through Google AdMob
• Monitor app stability and fix crashes
• Improve app performance and user experience

We do not use any collected information to identify individual users, track drinking behavior, or build personal profiles.

Advertising

The App displays banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob. These ads help support the free availability of the App.

Ad Personalization

Ads may be personalized based on data collected by Google. You can opt out of personalized advertising:

Data Storage

All user inputs (weight, sex, drink selections, time) are stored only in your device's local memory (RAM) during the current session. This data is not saved to disk, not cached, and not transmitted anywhere. When you close the App, all entered data is permanently discarded.

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Children's Privacy

Yanshuf is not intended for use by anyone under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction (18 in Israel, 21 in the USA, 18 in the UK). We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. If we discover that a minor has accessed the App, we will take appropriate action as required by applicable law.

The App does not contain content that promotes or encourages alcohol consumption by minors.

Israeli Privacy Law Compliance

For users in Israel, we comply with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981). Since we do not collect personal information, the scope of applicable obligations is limited. You retain all rights under Israeli law, including:

• Right to know what information is collected about you
• Right to request correction or deletion of information
• Right to object to processing of your data

GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not collect personal data directly, these rights primarily apply to data collected by our advertising partner (Google AdMob). You may:
